Jennifer Lopez and Heidi Klum are also fans of the brand.

In my humble opinion, fall fashion is far superior to summer style. As a native Southern Californian, I can’t believe I just said that, but I think it’s true. Blame it on being deprived of “real” seasons if you have to, but hear me out: During the fall you get to wear chic coats, slip-on knee-high boots, and matching comfies all season long. Something else you get to indulge in? Luxurious long-sleeve shirts from Intimissimi.

If you’re unfamiliar with Intimissimi, it’s an Italian lingerie brand that extends into the clothing space. Even more impressive, it’s found its way into the closets of many celebrities; Heidi Klum and her daughter have walked the red carpet in the brand, Sarah Jessica Parker showed off the label on an episode of And Just Like That…, Jennifer Lopez is a brand ambassador, and Irina Shayk has worn it around town. And though I may not be a celebrity, it’s trickled into my wardrobe, as well.

Though there are many Intimissimi pieces that I can’t get enough of, I’m specifically obsessed with the brand’s boat-neck long-sleeve shirt. The luxurious top is made of a delicate modal cashmere material that’s lightweight on the skin and slightly see-through. It comes in 16 colors so you have full fashion freedom.

The Intimissimi long-sleeve first blew up after Kendall Jenner wore a sky-blue hue on a Jay Shetty podcast last year. After that, it was game over — the coveted shirts sold out (what seemed like) every other day. Since then, it’s racked up over 421 million views on TikTok with social media gurus calling it the “perfect long-sleeve shirt.” But I have a secret: I first tried the top well over a year ago, jumping on the trend before it was, well, a trend — and it’s beyond worth it.

First off, the chic separate is so versatile, and that’s not an exaggeration. You can dress it up or down, even choosing to wear it to sleep if you wish. For a casual day hanging around the house, throw on some sweats. If you’re headed out, take advantage of its transparent make by adding a dark colored bra underneath. You can even wear it to work by opting for a skin-colored undershirt. No matter how you wear it, you’re sure to notice how comfortable it is. It feels like air on the skin thanks to its stretchy material. Though, you will have to layer on a jacket or two if you’re in the market for warmth — but let’s be honest, it’s all about style here.

While it’s by no means tight, it is form fitting, which is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a long-sleeve shirt that’s conservative but still sexy, hugging your curves and showing off your hourglass figure — and this is what sets it apart from the rest. And don’t get me wrong, the Intimissimi shirt may be delicate, but it’s not flimsy or cheap by any means. The fabric is strong, and I know that first hand. I’ve worn my own on countless occasions while playing with kids, dancing at events, and more, and never has it snagged or torn. I’ve even thrown it in the wash on a gentle, cold cycle, and it came out unscathed.

But above all else, it’s affordable. Many luxury brands charge an arm and a leg for celebrity-worn pieces, yet this find is only $59. So, make like me and the stars to secure your own Intimissimi boat-neck long-sleeve shirt before a Jenner sellout happens again.
