Here’s what you need to know: the Allwood Claudia is a 209 square-foot Nordic spruce wood “spacious but cozy” one-room cabin, that apparently two adults can assemble in one full day with minimal tools. Challenge accepted.
You’ll have to add the foundation and insulation (the Amazon listing recommends ceiling insulation and a space heater since the space is so tiny and has glass windows) to keep it extra toasty.
Also, if you want to build a loft inside the house (which, why wouldn’t you?) for a bedroom or extra storage space, you can order an extra layer of wall planks to up the height just a little bit. Amazon suggests that you make this your backyard guest house, pool house, or even beach house if you please.
There’s an even tinier sister house, the Allwood Chloe, that you can build next to it if you want an entire ~village~ of tiny houses. (again, why not?) Or if your friends also want a tiny beach cottage, have them DIY one next door.
Customers have only left a couple of reviews so far, and they're hilariously glowing. “I have been looking for an art studio forever and finally stumbled onto this tiny house.
