A California-based registered dietitian is sharing the six foods she says she never leaves Costco without.

Lauren Hubert, who has more than 367,000 followers on TikTok, praises Costco’s selection of produce, chicken products, almond flour crackers, frozen fruit and broccoli, whole-grain bread, and Poppi prebiotic soda.

Hubert calls the West Coast-based warehouse chain’s fruit options “elite” — she purchases bananas, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and red grapes to go on top of oatmeal, salads, and yogurt parfaits, and to pair with peanut butter.

“We buy it all,” she declared in her February TikTok, which has collected 94,100 views.

In that shopping trip, she also picked up One Mighty Mill stone-milled whole-wheat bread, Simple Mills almond flour crackers to go with hummus, frozen organic broccoli florets for an “easy veggie at meals,” and frozen berries for smoothies.

Hubert also grabbed a Poppi soda variety pack, a package of Kirkland organic chicken breasts, and Aidells organic chicken apple sausages “for an easy protein during the week.”

Hubert advises eating 30 grams of protein at breakfast and at lunch to prevent being ravenously hungry at 4 p.m.

In a TikTok last month, she recommended various protein-packed Costco items, including Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites, Kevin’s Natural Foods Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry, Del Real Foods Carnitas Slow-Cooked Pork, Amylu white cheddar and jalapeno chicken burgers, and Orgain protein shakes.

Costco is a membership-based retailer that boasts more than 600 US locations.
