No matter how many frequent flyer miles you might have accumulated over the years, after a long flight, jet lag is always ready to knock you out—and your first priority is usually to take a nap as soon as possible, rather than put together a presentable outfit.
But jet lag is no match for Lykke Li. While Li is known to be a fan of forward-thinking glossy trench coats in both bright red and a dramatic oxblood, she proved that she’s just as capable of wearing something a little more classic, too, when stepping out in Tokyo earlier today. Li sported a refined checkered suit, cinched at the waist, with a giant pearl earring and a petite leather bag from Mulberry. She captioned the outfit: “Very jet-lagged and very well dressed and very impressed by you Tokyo.” Travel fatigue has never looked so chic.
