1. It Doesn’t Stick Out Like Every Other Piece of Fitness Equipment Does
We mean this both in terms of its very slim shape as well as its minimalist design. When properly mounted, it could easily pass as a $40 full-length mirror from Target and that’s a good thing. You can put it anywhere in your home and it won’t disrupt the decorative flow, and again, you can actually use it as a mirror. If you don’t store weights or a yoga mat around it, you could easily trick someone into thinking it was just a piece of furniture.
2. Controlling it Via an App Is Actually Way Easier
At first I was concerned about the lack of a touchscreen. I like putting my fingers all over my fancy gym equipment, but the app control is impressively easy and saves you time walking back and forth from the screen. You can switch up the music, volume and Bluetooth connection mid-working without moving from your mat and turning it on and off with your phone streamlines the entire workout.
3. Not Relying on AI to Correct Your Form is More Beneficial
Lastly, this is the only fitness mirror we tried where you can clearly see and correct your form during the workout. Every other mirror gives you suggestions via AI that work well, but nothing is going to build your fitness confidence like seeing yourself mid-workout and making the necessary adjustments.
