Luke Bryan’s wife, Caroline “Lina” Boyer Bryan, has moved on from pranking the American Idol judge. Now, it's his mom, LeClaire Bryan, who she’s up against — and in case you were wondering, no, it wasn’t Lina who started it.
On August 13, LeClaire posted an Instagram video about finding something ~interesting~ after Luke and Lina visited her. To get a better picture of what Luke’s mom is referring to, head over to her Instagram to see for yourself (full disclosure: it's NSFW).
“LET THE PRANKING BEGIN,” LeClaire captioned the clip. “I am bored so I cleaned good today, goodness what a mess they made.”
In response to the prank war declaration, Lina commented: “Oh dear lord!!!! Hahaha.” But it didn’t end there. Shortly after, Lina reposted LeClaire’s video on her own Instagram, and had more to say. “I really, really want to know where my mother in law got these things....🤦♀️,” she wrote.
A few days later, on August 17, Lina shared her own Instagram video about a particular bag LeClaire apparently used for wet clothes. “In response to @leclaire.bryan and her last post.....she nasty,” Lina captioned it.

“This is in response to my mother-in-law. We sure enjoyed visiting with you too. But please, when you put my kids’ wet clothes in a bag, please don’t use this,” she said in the video while holding up a Christmas bag with an explicit greeting. “They’re 10 and 12. They can read, and they have a few questions about a couple of things they found at the bottom of the bag, which you can answer. I don’t know. I’m just … I’m flabbergasted.”
In the comments section, LeClaire replied right back. “MY PEOPLE WILL BE CONTACTING YOU TOMORROW. HOPE YOU CAN TAKE IT. MUCH LOVE,” she wrote. Of course, Lina wasted no time in responding, “Ready Freddy!”
Fans couldn’t get enough of Lina and LeClaire’s hilarious video exchanges, which shows just how close the two really are.
“What’s going [to] happen 😂,” one person wrote. “Y’all are wild 😂😂😂😂😂,” another added. “I love that you all do this it is awesome to see the laughter and fun in the family,” a different fan said. “Omg I love y’all,” a follower commented.
As for Luke, it seems like he’s staying out of it. The “One Margarita” singer was nowhere to be found in the comments section and maybe it’s better that way!
