According to Los Angeles divorce documents obtained by PEOPLE, Appleton cited "irreconcilable differences" with a date of separation as Nov. 10. The documents also show that a postnuptial agreement is in place.

The couple certainly had a whirlwind romance. After they first sparked romance rumors in February 2023 and got engaged a month later, the couple tied the knot in April 2023.

Gage revealed that he and Appleton said, "I do," at a wedding officiated by Kim Kardashian. Wearing matching fur coats and leather pants, the two were then serenaded by country superstar Shania Twain, who performed a stripped-down version of "You're Still the One."
