Lucy Hale Is Back to Blond
Pretty Little Liars’s Lucy Hale (aka Aria Montgomery) shared a snap on Instagram yesterday showing she has gone back to blond with a gorgeous natural look.
Her go-to hairstylist, Kristin Ess, is responsible for the look, which Lucy captioned, “I dye. 👸🏼 thank you @kristin_ess for temporarily making me the blonde alter ego I’ve always wanted to be.”

The reason for the color change? “Lucy is in between filming a movie, Dude, and going back to PLL,” Ess told Glamour. “She wanted to do something new with her hair color because she’s just fun like that!”
We can’t blame her for showing off the textured lob with dark roots and superfine babylights. Here’s another peek:
