The opening weekend for Expend4bles was the lowest for the franchise at just $8.3 million.

With the first film landing $34.8 million during its opening, the franchise has seen a drop off over time, with The Expendables 2 earning close to $28.6 million and The Expendables 3 earning $15.8 million.
