It’s officially the New Year, which means fitness may be more likely on your mind these days. Fitness pros Denise and Katie Austin will guide you through several video workouts—and if building lower-body strength has always been a priority for you, you’ll def want to work out alongside the Austins in this 25-minute burn for the glutes and legs.

The warm-up starts with a march in place, followed by hamstring curls and squats to reaches. “It gets the blood circulating, it gets the oxygen flowing to every cell in your body,” Denise says. Then, they pivot to hamstring stretches before getting into the *real* workout.

Fire up your glutes with pulsing squats, then lateral lunges to work the inner and outer thighs, Denise explains. (You’ll want to focus on your technique and form during these!) Later, they jump, literally, into skaters for a quick cardio burst, then some floor work, with donkey kicks, that will work the legs and core at the same time. Then, they grab their dumbbells and do some hamstring curls and fire hydrants for a load of glute work.

You'll finish with gentle stretching and then, done! As Katie reminds during the workout: Don’t forget to have a smile on your face while doing these moves. You've got this.
