According to a press release on PR Newswire, Lowe's seasonal employees can enjoy perks like a 10% employee discount and flexible hours. Part-time and full-time employees can receive a 401(k), health and wellness benefits, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Lowe's also goes above and beyond to be an active part of the local communities of each store.
