Avelo Airlines is ready for summer and is sharing a new promo code for a flight sale that ends on Tuesday.

Travelers must book flights by Tuesday, March 12, at 11:59 p.m. PT, using promo code “SF30” to get a $30 discount on round-trip flights. The savings apply to all flights across Avelo’s network for travel until June 18, 2024.

The $30 coupon will only be applied to the round-trip ticket's base fare, excluding any government taxes and fees. However, the discount is issued per person, making this an extraordinary deal for families or group travelers. There aren’t any blackout dates or routes that are excluded from this sale, so now’s the time to book a last-minute spring break vacation or Memorial Day weekend trip.

“We know our Customers are ready to plan spring and summer travel, and as we ‘Spring Forward’ with low fares, we want to provide convenience and reliability to the destinations they want to travel,” an Avelo spokesperson shared in a statement provided with T+L.

Travel + Leisure tested the promo code across multiple Avelo routes. For instance, a flight between Albany and Raleigh-Durham costs $127. With this discount code, the fare gets knocked down to $97, nearly a 25 percent savings from the original price.

A lot of exciting destinations are included in this sale, as Avelo has kicked off 2024 with several new route announcements. This May, Avelo will begin flying from its newest base in California Wine Country at Sonoma County Airport, as well as ushering in new destinations from its New Haven Airport hub to Atlanta, Concord-Charlotte, Knoxville, and Destin.

Avelo Airlines continues to expand with its core mission of connecting smaller airports to popular tourist destinations, from Orlando to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The airline operates on a low-cost model with all economy seats, with extra fees for seat assignments, bags, and snacks onboard. However, the airline waives change and cancellation fees and guarantees family seating, allowing children 13 and under always to be seated with an accompanying adult at no extra cost.
