Love Island star shaves head to support children’s charity

A Love Island star has raised more than £21,000 for a children’s charity after shaving her head.

Kaz Crossley 29, who appeared on the ITV reality show in 2018, took to social media to share her transformation for Little Lady Locks.

The reality star and her mother both cut their hair and donated it to the charity, which creates wigs, hair systems and accessories for children up to the age of 18 who are suffering with hair loss due to alopecia or other conditions.

In the description of her fundraising page, Crossley explained that she developed alopecia areata after “a series of traumatic events”.
