Love Food? Love ASMR? You Need to Watch This Video

It's Wednesday afternoon and we don't know about you, but we've hit a wall. That means it's time for a little YouTube procrastination break (sue us).

First in our queue? The above ASMR video created by meal kit company Plated.

Coined in 2010, the term ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is basically an audio- and visual-induced sensation that’s akin to the chills you get when you hear a really beautiful voice.

Plated's foray into the genre is complete with asparagus snapping, bread slicing and croissant crunching, and it's equal parts soothing and delightful.

If you need us we'll be here watching this on repeat.
