In case you couldn't tell, we here at "The Rachael Ray Show" love ourselves some cheese. In fact, we love it so much, we want to know everything about it!
Which is exactly why Rach sent our favorite food correspondent, Daym, out to Brooklyn's Big Mozz to learn just how cheese gets made.
Specifically, how the mozzarella gets made. Delish, indeed!
"This project, I'm especially passionate about because I'm a New Yorker," Rach explains. "We know our mozz! We take mozzarella very seriously — as seriously as they do in Italy!"
We sure do! And with good reason, because, as Daym learned, it takes a lot of love to get those mozzarella balls just right.
