Love Cashmere? Reformation's 90/10 Collection Has Your Name All Over It
You've probably caught onto this already, but cashmere holds a special place in our hearts for being hands down one of the softest, most lightweight and luxurious sweater materials. That's why we were all over Reformation's latest 90/10 collection. It's comprised of 90 percent recycled cashmere and 10 percent virgin cashmere. In other words, it's one of the most sustainable and chic cashmere collections to date.
BTW, this is a major upgrade from the brand's previous cashmere blend (which used to only be 70 percent of the recycled material), since virgin cashmere can be tough on the environment. (Since just the inner portion of goats' coat is used, it takes many goats to meet demand, and their grazing can destroy grasslands, according to the Council of Fashion Designers of America.)
However, with this line Reformation is becoming even more sustainable, lowering its carbon impact by 87 percent. Most importantly, it's stacked with cozy turtlenecks, cardigans, sets and more to keep you feeling warm and looking like a million bucks through fall and beyond.
