Grab your notebook and a cozy blanket, because the pods are open! Yup, Love Is Blind has returned to Netflix for season 3 as of October 19, and hosts Vanessa and Nick Lachey tell Women's Health that fans of the hit reality TV show can settle in for another binge-worthy season. "Let's just put it this way: If you liked season one and season two, you're going to like season three," says Nick.

As with the previous two seasons, the show follows 15 men and 15 women as they speed date for ten days in "pods," where they can hear, but not see, each other. At the end of those ten days, they must decide whether to get engaged, sight unseen—and if they do, spend the next four weeks with their fiancé before deciding whether to get married. (And yes, in case you were wondering, the Love Is Blind marriages are legally-binding.)

Here's everything you need to know about Love Is Blind season 3:

When can fans watch more episodes on Netflix?

Mark your calendar for every Wednesday, starting with this one! The second batch of episodes just dropped, but there's a lot more in store. Here's the full Love Is Blind premiere schedule, so you won't miss a second:

  • Episodes 1-4 will premiere on October 19.

  • Episodes 5-7 will be released on October 26.

  • Episodes 8-10 will be released on November 2.

  • Episodes 11 and 12 will be released on November 9.

Will there be a Love Is Blind season 3 reunion?

Yep, and Vanessa already can't wait to see the cast again. "I haven't seen them since this has been announced, so I'm dying to," she says."I'm gonna see them all and give them hugs and everything [at the reunion]."

Though a reunion is in the works, it's unclear when Netflix will release the post-season special. Fans will likely have to wait until a week or two after the final two episodes are released to catch up with their favorite couples.

Who are the Love Is Blind season 3 cast members?

The LIB cast is made up of lots of interesting new people from a lot of different backgrounds: Colleen Reed is a ballet dancer, Raven Ross is a pilates instructor, and Sikiru "SK" Alagbada is a data engineer. And, if their Instagrams are any indication, this season is full of a lot of big personalities.

You can find a full list of the contestants here, as well as insights into their jobs, Instagrams, and more. And if you want spoilers for which couples pair up, WH has got those, too.

"It's refreshing... to see that new generation of kids coming up—our Love Is Blind kids," says Vanessa. "I fell in love with these characters, and I just see their inner beauty."

While watching their journeys unfold on the show, Vanessa recalls how impressed she and Nick were by the cast members' mature and thoughtful conversations. "These couples are a lot younger than us, and some of them are so wise," she says. "I'm excited for Dallas because we've got a fun cast, some fun characters, and just some really strong people."

Nick adds that, perhaps unlike other dating reality shows that shall remain nameless, "It always blows me away how these people are all there for the right reasons," he says. "They want to find what they haven't been able to find in the conventional dating world. And they're smart enough to realize that and smart enough to know that this is an opportunity to shed all the BS and get right to the nitty gritty of it. That's what makes the experiment, if you will, so intriguing. They're all there for the same reason. They're all there to find their person, and they all come at it so smartly."

What can fans expect from Love Is Blind season three?

"Season three has got a lot of twists and turns, and you're gonna get a little bit of everything. Connections are made and drama is experienced," says Nick. "These are people putting their very raw emotions on the line, and the stakes are high. It was unpredictable."

Even though Nick and Vanessa know which couples said "I do" and which didn't make it down the aisle, Vanessa says that, while watching the episodes, even they were surprised by some of the cast member's choices. "There were a couple of times that we were like, 'Whoa!' So, that's my cliffhanger for you. There were genuine like, 'ah!' [out of] left field [moments]," she explains, adding that they even texted the producers for more details after these shocking moments.

Fans can also expect some unexpected pairings to emerge from the pods. "We're one of the rare people who get to see the men and women on both sides, so in our minds [we're] like 'Oh, they'd make a sexy couple,' but that's not what this is about, right?" says Nick. "So we're kind of guilty of thinking that certain people might hook up and then forgetting that that's not how it works. ...Every season, I'm always surprised at a couple who got together, and I'm like 'Wow, I didn't see that coming, but good for them.' That's kind of the fascinating part of this whole experiment."

Vanessa adds that one of the most surprising parts of this season is when certain cast members find themselves at a crossroads with multiple potential partners. "There's a couple of relationships where one person has to pick between two, and those are always like, 'Ohhhh,'" she says. In this scenario, she says she expected the choice to go one way, and it actually went another.

"We can't see all the hundreds of hours of their pod dating, but you definitely do get such a great feel for their relationships and their love," Vanessa continues. "The ending—there's reasons that they're surprising. But as far as their journey, I feel like [Love Is Blind's production company] Kinetic and Netflix have done such a beautiful job with letting the viewer really get to know each individual, as well as their relationship. What's important to them, why they work, why they don't—that's not what comes out of left field. The end result [for] some of them, I was like, 'I didn't see that coming,' but as far as the journey, you really get to know them."

"There's been some [couples], too, where you're just convinced that they seem solid and you're convinced that they're both gonna say yes at the altar, and for whatever reason, one doesn't," Nick adds. "It's like 'Oh my gosh, I didn't see that coming. I really thought that was a sure thing.'"

It's this uncertainty that will keep fans on the edge of their couches with every episode. "I'm always interested to see what each season focuses on and what the couples bring to the table each season," says Vanessa. "But] trust me when I tell you, you will constantly be entertained...I was really moved by this season."

Where does Love Is Blind season three take place?

"Season three is in Dallas, Texas, so our cast is all from Dallas," explains Nick. "I think every city [where we film Love Is Blind] is so different; the people from those places are so different that it makes the seasons really differentiate themselves from each other."

(Oh, and just in case you forgot, season one of LIB was set in Atlanta, Georgia, while season two was filmed in Chicago, Illinois.)

When was season three filmed?

Nick shares that Love Is Blind seasons two and three were actually "filmed at the same time," so all the weddings have already taken place. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, "we were a little more far removed because we filmed this during lockdown, so we weren't as accessible to the cast as we were in season one," adds Vanessa.

How does season 3 compare to previous seasons?

Like the cast of season two, the season three couples had the opportunity to watch the inaugural season of Love Is Blind, says Vanessa. (Quick recap: Eight couples got engaged in both seasons one and two, but only six actually made it on the show. The two couples that got married at the end of season two, Danielle Ruhl and Nick Thompson and Iyanna McNeely and Jarrette Jones, have since broken up.)

"There will never be another season like one because people had not seen it [ever before]," adds Nick. "It's also a good thing in a sense because they've seen that it works, right? There's proof in the pudding."

Still, Nick and Vanessa refuse to say which season is their favorite. "That's like asking who Mom and Dad's favorite kid is!" Vanessa says with a laugh.

And what about Love Is Blind seasons 4 and 5?

If you can't get enough of the pods and gold goblets, you're in luck: Not only has Love Is Blind officially been renewed for seasons 4 and 5, but Nick reveals that they've already filmed all five seasons(!). "Every single season has been so different from the others," he adds. "So that's what makes it interesting, what makes it intriguing for us, [and] allows us to approach every single season with a fresh attitude and fresh perspective."
