Lourdes Leon frees the nip in totally see-through tattoo dress
Another day, another naked dress. This time worn by Lourdes Leon, who is quickly making the trend her signature go-to aesthetic. Let's journey back through her recent appearances, shall we?
Waaay back in April, the 26-year-old model attended the Mugler x H&M launch event in a daring catsuit that was more cut-outs than actual fabric. Fast forward to August and she posed completely nude – save for a pair of leather thigh-high open-toe boots – in a fashion campaign for Dion Lee's Chain Bag, using said bags to strategically cover her body. And earlier this month, Lourdes arrived at The Victoria’s Secret World Tour red carpet in New York wearing a *very* see-through mini dress that basically looked more like a spider web than clothing.
Well, her latest look stays true to form with Lourdes freeing the nip with a pirate-y twist.
Constructed from a totally sheer fabric, Lourdes went braless in the black and white striped long-sleeve maxi dress. The figure-hugging style was printed with an artistic tattoo design, strategically placed on the arms, chest and upper thigh of the dress to give the appearance it was actually Lourdes' body decorated with the inking.
The print was carried around onto the rear of the dress too, with Lourdes' tiny black thong visible through the translucent fabric. Chunky black boots and the aforementioned Dior Lee chain bag completed the look.
Thanks to the clever design, we're classing this dress as an optical illusion naked dress. The graphic printed styles have been growing in popularity recently with Paris Jackson, Sabrina Elba and Kendall Jenner all repping the look. And we expect to see *plenty* more iterations coming soon.
