Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are both serving out prison sentences for their part in the college admissions scandal, leaving their daughters, Olivia Jade and Bella Rose, alone at home living out a “nightmare.”

A source tells People, “It’s just a nightmare for them. They were very upset when they said goodbye to Lori. But to have both of their parents now in prison at the same time is very upsetting.”

“They are beyond worried,” the source adds. “They can’t wait to have their mom home in December though. They try to focus on this.”

Apparently, Lori hopes to be released by Christmas, with a source previously telling Us Weekly, “As of right now, Lori is being told she will be released before the New Year. Lori wants all this behind her as soon as possible so she can start next year off with a fresh start.”

And speaking of sources, another insider told Us Weekly that the actress has been a “wreck,” while someone told People that Lori was “weepy” during her first night behind bars.

On top of her current prison sentence, Lori has to pay a $150,000 fine and perform 100 hours of community service. She’ll also have two years probation.
