Apparently Griffin Johnson Got Dinner With Kelly Osbourne Because She's a "Mentor"

[UPDATED 10/26/2020 12:57 PM]: Griffin Johnson and his manager, Michael Gruen, are finally responding to the rumors that Griffin is dating Kelly Osbourne after being spotted at dinner with her earlier this month.
When asked by Hollywood Fix about the dinner date, Michael explained that Griffin is trying to become a host and "Kelly's one of the best." He then called Kelly a "mentor" for Griffin.
Meanwhile, Griffin, stayed pretty quiet during the questioning and it seems like he has nothing to say about it. When asked if he was going to discuss his relationship with Kelly on his new podcast, he said he wasn't going to.
Original post: Griffin Johnson was spotted on what looks to be a date almost three months following his split from Dixie D'Amelio. The TikTok star went to dinner at Craigs in West Hollywood last night with British actress and television personality Kelly Osbourne.
The two were spotted leaving the restaurant and getting into a car together. They seemed to be really enjoying themselves in the photos caught by the paparazzi.
The pair was asked if they were dating by the paps, but they repeatedly ignored the question.
Many took to Twitter to share their shock at this seemingly random pairing, especially given their 14-year age gap. "Who had Kelly Osbourne and Griffin Johnson going on a date on their 2020 bingo card??? because it wasn't me-" one person wrote, retweeting a tweet from Tana Mongeau who was also surprised by the coupling.

Another fan compared the two to Addison Rae's relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, which many are also confused about.

The date (or non-date—we don't know yet) comes about a week after Griffin's fellow Sway House member Noah Beck confirmed that he's dating Dixie D'Amelio. Up until this point, Griffin was not connected to anyone following his breakup with Dixie, but maybe he's finally ready to move on.
