Take a Look Inside the World’s Highest Private Club in Manhattan

The world's tallest residential building just got a major new perk with an exclusive new club that sits more than 1,000 feet over Manhattan's Billionaires’ Row.

Central Park Tower, which is also the second tallest building in both New York City and the United States, has officially unveiled the private space as part of the building's Central Park Club. The prestigious 100th Floor, which is being called the "crowning jewel of Central Park Tower," was designed by the real estate development firm Extell Development Company.

Spanning over 8,300 square feet, the club features a grand ballroom with seating for more than 120 people, a private bar and restaurant with rotating seasonal menus, and a wine and cigar lounge. And of course, the backdrop to these luxury features are breathtaking, 360-degree views of Central Park and the iconic Manhattan skyline, as well as the Hudson and East Rivers.

The club was designed by the international architecture and design firm Rottet Studio, which was likewise responsible for the building's residential interiors. In a first-ever collaboration with a residential skyscraper, luxury wedding and event planner Colin Cowie Lifestyle—which also curated Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's 2022 wedding—serves as food and beverage operator with dining experiences from Michelin star chefs.

Adding to the ambiance, Colin Cowie Lifestyle took a five-senses approach for a comprehensive experience that changes throughout the day—with lights that adapt to the setting sun, music that grows in tempo from morning to night, and custom seasonal scents.

"Central Park Tower’s 100th Floor is unlike anything else in the world and it’s only fitting that it is located in New York City’s preeminent skyscraper,” said Extell Development Company founder and chairman Gary Barnett. “In addition to the unmatched residences, which offer endless views, exquisite architecture, and gracious layouts, Central Park Club is a defining element that further elevates our residents living experience."

In addition to the 100th Floor, the Central Park Club includes 50,000 square feet of white-glove services and amenities spread across three floors.

The 14th floor terrace level features amenities including a 60-foot outdoor swimming pool, sun deck and cabanas, private garden, gas grill and bar, lounge, and game room. Meanwhile, the 16th floor puts a focus on fitness and wellness with a 63-foot indoor saltwater swimming pool and spa, fitness and wellness center, squash and half basketball courts, private treatment room, and men and women's locker rooms with showers, steam rooms, and saunas.

However, you also have to be well-connected to gain access to the 100th Floor of the Central Park Club. Only residents of the building or their guests are permitted, and the 179 ultra-luxury condominiums—which range from 1,435 square feet to over 17,500 square feet—start at an eye-popping $6.5 million.
