Look Closely and You'll See That Lucy Boynton's Golden Globes Dress Included 8,000 Tiny Glass Beads

The second we spotted Lucy Boynton's Louis Vuitton gown at the Golden Globes, we were in love. That silver color! Those slightly-poofy sleeves! The subtle leg slit! All of it was stunning, and we didn't need to zoom in to realize this.

But, perhaps, we should have looked a little closer, because it turns out the real beauty lies in this dress' closeup.

Thankfully, the fashion house had our back, and provided the details that we totally missed the first time around. InStyle got an exclusive look at all the effort that went into creating this picture-perfect piece, helping us appreciate the design even more.

That number, of course, doesn't include 220 additional hours that were spent on the hand-embroidered details.

The same lace materials were also included along the shoulders and the back of the dress.

Something else we didn't notice at first glance? All the tiny glass beads that were embroidered into that lace.
