What's the most fun holiday for dogs? Fourth of July fireworks send them hiding behind the toilet tank, Valentine's chocolates could kill them, and Halloween invites little kids to ring their doorbell every three minutes. It's gotta be Thanksgiving, for the opportunity to hang out in the kitchen sniffing all the pleasant cooking smells, or under the table waiting for a morsel to drop.

Now, PetSmart is helping doggies celebrate the most wonderful time of their year with a new line of adorable new costumes. There are plush hats in the shape of turkeys and pumpkin pie, as well as a plaid bandana and tiny sweater in autumnal hues of red, tan, orange, and navy.

Then there are shirts and bandanas with witty sayings on them, including "Talk Turkey to Me" and "Feast Mode" and the "Pumpkin Spice Drinking Team" hoodie. All of the above looks are just waiting to be Instagrammed, but realistically, it's these thin cotton items that are more likely to actually stay on your dog's body. The pumpkin pie hat, while extremely funny, is likely to get pulled off and chewed up in about 10 adorable seconds.

Meanwhile, if you're the type who started playing Christmas music at midnight on Halloween night, you can get a jump start on the season with PetSmart's line of holiday outfits. They have Santa and elf costumes, holiday sweaters in Fair Isle patterns, and plenty of red and green collars.
