Lofthouse’s New Sugar Cookies Are Topped With Mike And Ike Candy Frosting
Lofthouse Cookies is known for its frosted sugar cookies that practically melt in your mouth. While the classic ones are good, there are plenty of fun flavors, like cotton candy and Peeps marshmallow, constantly coming out to test your taste buds. Now it’s time to snag a package of the new Mike and Ike cookies.
The original Mike and Ike fruit flavors include Cherry, Lemon, Strawberry, Lime, and Orange. So with the Lofthouse Cookies, the soft sugar cookies are topped with a green Mike and Ike frosting — which tastes like a blend of five fruit flavors — and rainbow sprinkles. It’s basically like cookies and candy have joined forces, and we’re here for it.
Instagram account @threesnackateers was among the first to post about the new cookies. They found them at Sentry Foods, a small grocery store chain in Wisconsin. They’re also listed on Country Mart’s website, which is also a small grocery store chain in Kansas and Missouri. That just goes to show you never know where you’ll find a new drool-worthy snack!
