Local organizations teaming up to sponsor free community baby shower
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — CNI Solutions is set to partner with Sunshine in Darkness and The Blueprint Life to sponsor a free community baby shower.
The 7 and 7 baby shower will be held at Bob Harrison Wellness and Advocacy Center on Sunday, May 26, from 1-4 p.m. It is mainly for mothers who are seven months pregnant or one to seven months postpartum.
The event is free to attend, however, it is only for the mother, baby and one more guest. The event asks that there be no extra family members or kids to focus on moms and their babies.

The program aims to support new and expecting families by providing essential baby items and resources. Mothers are required to register to attend.
“We are thrilled to host this community baby shower and provide crucial support to families during this special time in their lives,” said President of CNI Solutions Charles Frye. “Our goal is to ensure that every family has the resources they need to thrive.”
Participants can enjoy a variety of giveaways, resources and the opportunity to connect with community and supporting networks.
CNI and its partners want to help ease the burden on these families by distributing free baby products including:
Pampers
bottles
lotion
bibs
blankets
clothes
shoes
shampoo
wipes and so much more
