Local businesses to participate in Mother’s Day Mosey
SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — With Mother’s Day on the horizon, several businesses are gearing up for this year’s Mother’s Day Mosey event in downtown San Angelo.
The Mother’s Day Mosey is set to occur on Thursday, May 9, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will see several businesses in San Angelo’s downtown area come together to sell their goods in a celebration of moms everywhere. During this time, stores, restaurants and bars participating in the event will offer special deals and, in some instances, free or reduced-cost food and drink.
The event will also feature “Mother’s Day Mosey Bingo,” a bingo game in which attendees fill out a bingo card by getting stickers at participating locations. Once five or more stickers are acquired, event-goers can bring their cards to Texas Angels Boutique to enter a drawing for a gift basket. The winners of the game will be drawn on Friday, May 10.
“It’s a perfect way to celebrate motherhood and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation,” Downtown San Angelo Inc. said. “Whether you prefer indulging in free mimosas, sipping on relaxing teas, or enjoying a shopping spree, there is something for everyone.”
