  • 1/2 baking soda

  • 1/2 cinnamon

  • 1/2 salt

  • 8 unsalted butter, softened

  • 3/4 coconut palm sugar

  • 3/4 packed light brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 dark chocolate chips

  • 1 1/2 old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 chopped pecans

  • 3/4 unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions
