  1. Begin by slicing the oven-roasted crispy pork belly lengthwise into half-inch pieces, then fry them until they’re golden brown and the edges are crisp.

  2. Thoroughly combine mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.

  3. Slice the loaf of ciabatta bread ¾ of the way lengthwise, then cut it widthwise into 3 pieces.

  4. Spread a layer of the sriracha mayo onto one side of the bread.

  5. Layer butter lettuce leaves over the sriracha mayo, followed by 2 slices of tomato, 2 pieces of crispy pork belly, then top with 4 avocado slices.
