From Delish

Starbucks fans, if you've been counting down the days till the return of the S'mores Frapp, I have some good news for you: It's finally here! As of April 30, the sweet, marshmallow-y drink is back on menus for the summer, along with a SLEW of other seasonal items. There's a lot going on here, so let's break it down by permanent and limited-time items.

Permanent Additions

See that pretty, Instagrammable pink drink up top? That's the Dragon Drink, which you might remember from last summer, when it came out as the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. People started adding coconut milk to it to make it look more pastel, à la the actual Pink Drink, and Starbucks took note. This year, it's coming back as a permanent menu item in both forms: the refresher, served on its own, and the Dragon Drink, served with coconut milk.

Two Frappuccino flavors are also returning as permanent items: the Mocha Cookie Crumble and the Caramel Ribbon Crunch. The first blends mocha sauce and Frappuccino chips with coffee, milk, and ice, pours it over whipped cream and chocolate cookie crumbles, then adds more whipped cream and cookie crumbles to the top. The caramel drink blends dark caramel sauce with coffee, milk, and ice and layers it between whipped cream and more caramel sauce; the top has crunchy caramel sugar topping sprinkled over whipped cream, too.

On the food end, I'm pretty pumped to try the newest permanent sandwich addition. It's a Crispy Grilled Cheese Sandwich made with a three-cheese blend and served on sourdough bread.

Limited-Edition Items

As for the summer-only menu, there's the S'mores Frapp, duh, plus the Cold Brew with Salted Cream Cold Foam. It's back for its second summer and is a slightly healthier choice than the Frappuccinos with 230 calories and 23 grams of sugar in a grande.

A vegetarian-friendly wrap is joining the summer's food menu, too. It's made with black beans, salsa slaw, and mixed veggies wrapped in a tortilla and has more than half a cup of veggies inside. It's available starting April 30, while supplies last. The rest of the food and drink line-up will be in stores as of the 30th, too.
