Anyone who has ever dreamed of living in a Bobby Berk–designed home now has the chance to. The Queer Eye star recently completed two projects with Tri Pointe Homes, a homebuilder he's worked with since 2015. House Beautiful can exclusively reveal that the rustic yet contemporary residences are set in a new 26-acre community in Arizona and that they're officially available for tours.

Located in Chandler, which is about a 30-minute drive southeast of Phoenix, the planned community is called Treeland—a fitting name considering it was developed on the site of a former plant nursery. Berk designed two of its model homes, each with its own distinct style: southwest contemporary and modern farmhouse. Once it's complete, the community will comprise a total of 86 homes along with several shared community spaces like parks and a playground.

"The Southwest Contemporary style brings a touch of modernity with a high-contrast scheme offering tailored architectural details and clean lines juxtaposed with curved forms, rustic woods, casual fabrics and linens, and textural rugs and materials," Berk says.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence stretches across 2,805 square feet. It's packed with covetable features including an executive kitchen with black cabinetry, a great room with sliding glass doors that lead to a covered outdoor space, a primary bathroom with a frameless walk-in shower, and a three-bay garage.

"The tailored Midcentury Farmhouse style offers a surprising twist, combining vibrance with farmhouse elements to honor Chandler's agrarian past," Berk says of the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home.

Spanning 2,427 square feet, the home's interiors feature geometric patterns and a neutral color palette with pops of blue. The primary bedroom connects to the patio where there's space for outdoor dining and entertaining. There's also an open-concept kitchen and a three-bay garage.

Both of the homes are available for tours, so anyone interested in viewing the space can see the style in person and mimic it in another Treeland home with the same floor plan. Or if you're not looking to move to or within Arizona, you can simply browse photos of the spaces and bring elements of them into your current abode.

Since landing a multiyear partnership with Tri Pointe Homes, Berk has helped design and merchandise model homes for about 15 of the homebuilder's communities over the past seven years. This isn't the first time he's done so in Arizona. Berk previously worked on the Domaine at Waterston in 2021. Interested in your own?
