If you’ve ever thought, “I love Little Caesars, but I’d love it so much more if I could fit an entire pizza in my car’s cup holder,” then today is your lucky day. On Monday, March 11, the Detroit-based pizza chain is launching its new Crazy Puffs, which are bite-sized versions of its classic pies.

Each Crazy Puff is a flaky, doughy crust filled with mozzarella , pepperoni, and Little Caesars pizza sauce, before drizzling it with the flavors of butter and garlic and adding a pinch of Italian herbs. The new fun-sized, hand-held Crazy Puffs are available in pepperoni and plain cheese versions.

"We know our customers live busy lives," Greg Hamilton, Little Caesars’ chief marketing officer, said in a statement. "That's why we created Crazy Puffs — to deliver the iconic Little Caesars experience in a handheld format perfect for anyone on the go. Whether you're conquering errands, cheering on your team, or need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, Crazy Puffs are your delicious answer."

A four-pack of Crazy Puffs starts at $3.99, or you can build a Hot-N-Ready combo meal that comes with a pizza and a side of Crazy Puffs — in case you want to top your pizza with even smaller pizzas which… yes please.

The new Crazy Puffs may seem slightly familiar to regular Shark Tank viewers who remember when Andrea Meggiato and Michelle Jimenez presented their pizza cupcakes during season 12, episode 13 of the inventor-meets-investor series. The married couple-turned-business partners launched the Pizza Cupcake in 2018 and, according to Food Republic, were already projected to hit $800,000 in annual sales by the time they appeared in front of the Sharks three years later.

Lori Greiner was the only Shark who chose to buy into the business, offering Meggiato and Jimenez $125,000 in exchange for 12.5% equity. After the couple’s appearance on Shark Tank, Pizza Cupcakes expanded from an e-commerce business into supermarkets and other retailers. The frozen bite-sized pizzas are available in over 1,600 Walmart locations throughout the United States, at Target stores on the East Coast and at Whole Foods markets.

“Three years ago we pitched on [Shark Tank] and closed a deal with our dream,” they wrote on Instagram. “Today you can find #ThePizzaCupcake in the freezers of over 7,500 grocery stores nationwide!”

I’ve heard they also fit neatly in a cup holder. Don’t ask how I know that… I probably read it somewhere. Yeah, let’s go with that.
