So, a couple nights ago there was a Taylor Swift-themed clue on Jeopardy! and not one. single. contestant. guessed correctly. Which is fine because they were all literal geniuses on every other Q, but still!
So, what was the $400 clue in question? It was in the "Title That Completes the Rhyme" category, and read "And I'm just like oh-oh oh-oh oh-oh oh-oh oh-oh, you need to just stop. Like, can you just not step on my gown?"

Seems like a pretty easy win, but apparently not everyone is familiar with every single word Taylor Swift has ever uttered, and none of the contestants were able to take home the $400. And obviously the vibe on Twitter was pretty much this:
Everyone who makes it on to #Jeopardy clearly has a crown in my book, but I cannot calm down when there is a triple stumper Taylor Swift clue.

With a side of this:
none of the jeopardy contestants got the taylor swift clue shut the whole show down

But on a more positive note, this!
I love that Jeopardy loves Taylor Swift as much as I do.

Anyway, this is hardly the first time a Jeopardy! contestant hasn't picked up on a pop culture, music, or celebrity-themed clue. Back in December, not even one contestant had any idea who Machine Gun Kelly was, which was slightly awkward considering he was the answer to the following $800 clue: “The stage name of this rapper and actor gets shortened to MGK.”
And to really hammer the ???? vibes home, the question was paired with a literal photo of Machine Gun Kelly, and just...nothing. As Ken Jennings pondered at the time, “Not fans of Machine Gun Kelly, apparently."
Anyway, excuse me while I go create a MGK + Taylor Swift Spotify playlist.
