If your dog is anything like ours, they'll be constantly by your side whenever you're eating. They'll beg and beg and beg some more for even the littlest of table scraps. But it's important to note what human foods they can and cannot eat.

TikTok user @doggyjjzzxt posted a clip explaining a few healthy human foods that dogs can actually eat safely. This is such an informative video that everyone should take note and keep in their back pocket. Check it out!

We couldn't love this video anymore, especially because we know that the cheese tax is here to stay. LOL! Although, make sure you figure out if your dog is lactose intolerant before you load them up on cheese and yogurt.

@_offonoff commented, "I love blueberries so every time I eat them, I will be feeding my dogs blueberries too." You can bet your bottom dollar we will be doing the same whenever we eat any of these foods. LOL! "My dog likes carrots!" added @rebeccaotoole8. SAME! Carrots are a great source of fiber and the crunching is great for your dog's teeth. Other foods you can give your dog include cooked eggs, bananas, and unsalted peanut butter. If you're ever unsure about which foods you can or cannot give your dog, call your vet and ask.

On the opposite spectrum of this video, there are foods you should never give your dog. These include chocolate, cooked bones, onions, garlic, raisins, grapes, caffeine, uncooked yeast dough, macadamia nuts, and high-sodium foods like bacon.
