Constant drama aside, the stars of Vanderpump Rules seem pretty happy being a part of Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd’s restaurant empire. But now, the famous couple is being sued by several former employees over allegations that they don’t pay proper wages.

Former employee Adam Pierce Antoine (along with others) filed a class action lawsuit against Lisa and Ken—who own California restaurants like SUR, Villa Blanca, Tom Tom, and Pump, among others—in mid-December, per PEOPLE. According to the lawsuit, Lisa and Ken have failed to “pay wages, including overtime wages” for at least four years.

The lawsuit says staffers were not correctly compensated when they worked overtime, and it alleges that Lisa would spend time “manipulating or editing time records to show lesser hours than actually worked.”

Among other allegations, Antoine says Lisa didn’t pay minimum wages to employees for hours that were worked off the clock, or when they were in training or on call. Antoine also alleges that he wasn’t given proper meal or rest breaks as stipulated by California labor laws. According to those laws, employees should be compensated if they aren’t given these breaks, and Antoine says that never happened.

Additionally, Lisa reportedly didn’t give employees pay stubs or pay them for time they worked after they were fired, the lawsuit says. As a result, Antoine says he has “suffered damages” and is owed more than $25,000.

A source from the restaurant told Delish: “These were two disgruntled ex-employees that had been written up with many warnings by management and subsequently let go. Lisa and Ken do not tolerate anyone that may be abusive to their staff or to patrons."
