Lindsey Vonn’s Fitness Routine Is Made For An Olympian

Take one look at Lindsey Vonn's Instagram and you'll see that the retired Olympic skier is big on working out. Like, huge.

There's Lindsey using the rowing machine, doing weighted squats while on vacation, and owning side planks on the beach. Lindsey can be seen laughing with her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and crushing a medicine ball workout. And there's so much more.

Lindsey recently told WH that she gets a lot out of working out, both physically and mentally. "I just like pushing myself," she said. "I like feeling strong, and when I feel physically strong, I feel so much more mentally strong. When I work out, I feel like I'm healthier and more confident. I've achieved something, no matter how small."

Lindsey said exercising has also helped given her "a lot of mental strength and confidence," especially since she's retired from competitive skiing. She loves reaching for new goals, too. “Finding ways to push myself in the gym has given me a lot of comfort and general confidence,” she says. “Working out was definitely my rock throughout the pandemic, too.”

All of that has helped Lindsey emerge a physically and mentally stronger human. And, if she just happened to get a ridiculous six-pack in the process, then so be it. Lindsey dropped a bunch of bikini photos on Instagram in March, writing in the caption that she's "proud of herself" after "working hard in the gym and taking care of me." I mean, fair.
