We're only a week and a bit into January 2024, but we've already been graced with some seriously fab celebrity fashion moments. And thank goodness for that! It's just about all that's getting us through this particularly grey, freezing and all-round miserable month. First came the NYE 'fits from the likes of Kendall Jenner, Em Rata and Taylor Swift, then the tropical holiday swimwear pics from Amelia Gray and Millie Bobby Brown, and finally, the kick-off to awards season we all deserved courtesy of *that* epic Golden Globes red carpet. Tbh we still haven't recovered from Gillian Anderson's iconic choice to wear a vulva-covered dress for the glitzy event...
But just when we thought things couldn't get any better, the one and only Lindsay Lohan made a surprise appearance at the New York City premiere for the much-anticipated Mean Girls remake – and she made sure she was looking totally fetch for the occasion.
Walking the pink (obvs!) carpet, Lindsay rocked a long-sleeve black dress by Alexander Vauthier featuring a sexy leg slit as well as major waist cut-out details and a bejewelled strap, and we're 100% sure that even Regina George would approve. It's giving less grool, more gorge – and we are SO happy to see Lindsay back out again after welcoming her son Luai with husband Bader Shammas in July 2023.
Linds' signature fiery red locks were back in full force too, draped over her shoulders in loose long waves and creating a beautiful contrast with her all-black outfit. Lindsay completed the look with diamond drop earrings, a bejewelled clutch and patent black ankle-strap heels for the ultimate low-key glamour.
The star also posed with fellow actress Angourie Rice, who plays Cady Heron in the new film. Suddenly 2024 just got a whole lot more exciting!
