Lindsay Lohan paid a romantic tribute to her husband with this sweet mani detail
Every moment of Lindsay Lohan's return to the spotlight is bringing us joy. Her movie comeback Falling For Christmas is Netflix's number 1 film worldwide (for which we've contributed a good few kajillion views), her TV appearances and red carpet lewks are filling us with delight, and we couldn't be more excited to have her as our December/January cover star (which you can get your paws on on November 22).
There's so much going on for the actor, we wouldn't blame you for forgetting she's also a newlywed. After three years of dating, Lindsay announced her engagement to financier Bader Shammas in November last year, and in July it was confirmed by a rep that they were married, after Lindsay called Bader her husband in a sweet Instagram post.
Given the pair shared such a low-key private wedding, it's not surprising Lindsay's tribute to her beau at the Falling For Christmas screening was so subtle we almost missed it.
Celebrity nail stylist Elle Gerstein painted the most delicate gold B and L on Lindsay's ring finger in traditional type face. Joining the husband and wife's initials with a perfect gold dot, the manicurist used Mia Secret products for the look. The gilt detail on the otherwise stripped-back nude translucent mani kept the tribute far from being twee, instead making it a chic but heartfelt marker of her affection.
Also a nail befitting her whirlwind of press appearances, as the versatile natural look could work all her quick outfit changes if she didn't want to constantly be re-doing. And honestly who does?
Bader joined Lindsay at the cast and crew screening, by her side. But even for the moments he couldn't be she had him right there with her.
