Lindsay Lohan Husband 2024: Who Is She Married To? Bader Shammas

Lindsay Lohan is looking for love in her newest Netflix rom-com, Irish Wish. Thankfully in real life, she’s already found her partner in crime. But wait who’s Lindsey Lohan’s husband you might be wondering?

His name is Bader Shammas and he and Lohan tied the knot around April 2022. Since then they have welcomed a baby son Luai in July 2023 and are as happy as ever.

Back in 1998, Lindsey Lohan captivated all of our hearts in The Parent Trap when she was just 10 years old. With her talent, she quickly became a huge child star and starred in movies like Mean Girls, Freaky Friday, and Just My Luck. Lohan is what you would call an iconic person in today’s pop culture.

After her break from acting, she starred in Netflix’s Falling For Christmas in 2022 and now she is ready to give us more in Irish Wish, coming out March 15th. Lohan plays Maddie Kelly, a woman whose best friend gets proposed to by the love of her life, which hurts her to no extent. In an emotional state, she impulsively wishes for true love, and to her surprise, she wakes up learning that she has suddenly transformed into the bride-to-be.

Before we get into Lohan’s fairytale ending, some other royalty took their chance at her heart. Here’s a look back at Lohan’s relationship history.

Bader Shammas (2019- Present)

Now let’s get into her fairy tale happily ever–enter Bader Shammas, her husband and father of her only child.

Before meeting him, she described her dream man that perfectly suited Bader. “I want to date a guy that’s a businessman — doesn’t have Instagram, doesn’t have social media, and is completely off the grid in terms of that kind of stuff,” the Georgia Rules actress told Howard Stern at the time. “I think it will happen when it’s meant to happen.”

The two were first linked in February 2019 when Lohan posted a group photo after a music festival in Dubai where she saw Bastille and mentioned a “boyfriend.” Two years later on November 11, 2021, Bader proposed to the Parent Trap actress.

They then had a private wedding and announced that she got married on her birthday on July 22, 2022. On March 14th, 2023 they announced she was pregnant with her first child with an Instagram photo of a baby outfit that had “Coming Soon…” printed on it.

Lohan opened up about motherhood in recent interviews. I mean we all know the struggles that come postpartum, and Lohan has tackled them with grace. She took to Instagram to talk about her body after pregnancy and said “I am so proud of what this body was able to accomplish during these months of pregnancy and now, recovery. Having a baby is the greatest joy in the world!” She then adorably included a Mean Girls reference saying “I’m not a regular mom, I’m a postpartum mom.”

Egor Tarabasov (2015-2016)

In late 2015, Lohan was reportedly engaged to Russian business heir Egor Tarabasov. In early 2016, US Weekly reported that Lohan’s now-deleted Instagram posts made their relationship official. They were engaged for a few months, but it quickly ended when Lohan accused Tarabasov of physically assaulting and cheating on her.

She told DailyMail “No woman can be hit and stay with that person if that person isn’t prepared to say sorry”. He denied the allegations saying “It has come to my attention that my former fiancée, Lindsay Lohan, is planning a new smear campaign against me in the Russian and international media.”

Vikram Chatwal (2013)

Lohan and hotelier Chatwal were seen together for dinner in 2013 and naturally, rumors of their relationship began to circulate of this pair dating.

They were said to be friends for a long time but after their “split”, their friendship suddenly cooled and they seemingly disappeared from each other’s lives.

Nico Tortorella (2013)

Lindsay Lohan and Nico Totorella first met in 2011 and became friends and it wasn’t until 2013 that they were rumored to be romantically together. In 2014, Lohan posted Tortorella in her New York apartment but it is said she was just hanging out with him and his future wife Bethany. Tortorella also appeared to be on her infamous sex list scandal. However, there is no evidence they were ever in a serious relationship.

Samantha Ronson (2008)

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson was linked in 2008, but their relationship was brief.

In 2012, Lohan told  Us Weekly, the relationship was scrutinized by the public eye. “I was bold enough to say, ‘Yeah, I like a girl. And?’ That put her in a situation where she was being attacked every day. That’s not fair. And what am I left with? Heartbreak.”On The Howard Stern Show, Lohan reflected on their time together, saying “We were friends more than anything. We were always more like best friends as well.”

Stavros Niarchos (2006)

The most dramatic love triangle came out of Lohan’s swift relationship with Stavros Niarchos. Rumors circled the pop culture world that the love triangle was the reason Lohan had a falling out with Paris Hilton. Hilton and Niarchos had dated on and off for some time before Lohan. In May 2006, Today reported Lohan and Niarchos had been spotted “sipping cocktails and dirty dancing” at the Chateau Marmont and Hilton was heartbroken over the situation.

Wilmer Valderrama (May 2004 – Nov 2004)

Lohan dated Wilmer Valderrama in 2004 when she was 18 years old. She gushed over him in a PEOPLE interview saying she believes “he’s one of the best guys any girl could be with”. It was a short-lived relationship but she described it as “It’s very fun.”

They debuted their relationship at Lohan’s birthday party and everyone was obsessed with them at the time. Both actors were on top of the world with Mean Girls in theaters and That ‘70s Show was airing. Lohan even guest-starred on the show with Valderrama. Her mother Dina even said, “Wilmer’s a sweetheart. He is very protective. He’s basically “Lindsay’s first boyfriend”. They eventually called it quits by November 2004 and she wrote a song about him called Over.

Aaron Carter (January 2002 to April 2003)

Lindsey Lohan briefly dated Aaron Carter at the beginning of her career. These two teen stars were first spotted together in the early 2000s and famously were in the midst of his on-and-off relationship with Hilary Duff. In a PEOPLE interview when she was 17, she was asked about Aaron and Hilary. Lohan stated “Aaron and I were friends. That’s my past.” she continues and says “He’s a cool guy. We’re friends. Hilary is a cute girl. I wish her the best.”

Carter tragically passed away in November of 2022 in his home in California. In an interview promoting her film Falling For Christmas, Lohan remembers him fondly and says “so many (memories) from when I was so young, just that era of my life … and my prayers go out to his family and may he rest in peace and God bless”.
