Lindsay Lohan Is Expecting Her First Child With Husband Bader Shammas
Lindsay Lohan is stepping into a new role soon: Motherhood. Lohan told TMZ that she is pregnant with her and her husband Bader Shammas' first child. “We are very excited for our new family member to arrive and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!” she said. She did not disclose the baby's sex or due date, opting instead to keep that information private.
On her Instagram, Lohan shared her own announcement post, writing, “We are blessed and excited! 🙏🤍👶🍼” She tagged her husband in the post.
Lohan and Shammas got married last year but have kept their relationship almost entirely private. Lohan even took down her Instagram post announcing their marriage, where she had written in July 2022, “🎂❤️🥰I am the luckiest woman in the world. Not because I need a man, but because he found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that this is my husband. My life and my everything. ❤️every woman should feel like this everyday 💖🙏.”
They got engaged in November 2021.
In October 2022, Lohan offered a few words to Cosmopolitan about her husband. She credited Shammas for being her support system.
“Well, I have an amazing husband, who’s a very calm person,” she started. “Just the best. And my family. And I feel like I have a small group of good friends who are just really good people. That’s the only support that I really need: friends, family, and loved ones.”
The magazine also wrote that Shammas has “exceptionally chill energy” and stopped by her photo shoot for the magazine's cover story. “Lindsay is resolute in keeping the details of their relationship private but occasionally slips in compliments about him on her podcast, where she’s said, ‘He is one of the wisest people I know and gives the most sound advice,’” the magazine wrote.
