Lily Allen's micro French Bob is shorter and more chic than ever

If you've been thinking of going for the chop, prepare for Lily Allen to be your inspiration because her super short, super chic Parisian bob is giving Amélie vibes in the best way possible.
Lily isn't the only celeb reaching for the scissors of late. Lil Nas X just debuted a candy floss pink '70s bob and Anne Hathaway has transformed herself for her latest acting role with a pixie cut.
Unlike the others, Lily's transformation isn't as dramatic as she has steadily been going shorter for some time.
In the summer she first debuted her fresh bob, which was around chin-length at the time for those of you invested in the measurements. Then in September she upped the anti that bit more and went jaw-length.
Now, however, we're at ear length and I truly don't think I've ever seen anyone carry a French bob as good as Lily. Not even an actual French person.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about (and why would you), a French bob is classed as a chin length cut with a fringe. It's kind of illegal to not pair it with a red lipstick (I don't make the rules) and can be styled with texture for more of a bed-head finish or super sleek as per Lily's case.
Analysing these pictures, it's not just Lily's bob that's getting shorter, it's the fringe as well. What did I say about Amélie vibes?
