Lilly Pulitzer Releases More Face Masks Designed With Their Iconic Floral and Paisley Prints

From Good Housekeeping

  • Lilly Pulitzer's new reusable cloth face mask, which features five different signature prints, is finally back in stock online.

  • The lifestyle brand is also in the process of donating these vibrant face coverings to frontline healthcare workers and communities in need.

  • Here's what you need to know about ordering each of the designed masks, including when they'll ship.

Fans of Lilly Pulitzer begged the lifestyle retailer to release a reusable face mask after the brand donated more than 27,000 face masks to frontline workers in April 2020 alone — and team Lilly took note. Lilly Pulitzer has released a collection of face masks available to shoppers online, harnessing some of its most celebrated prints to add a pop of color and positivity to an otherwise stressful requirement for those leaving their homes during the coronavirus pandemic.

In April and in May, fans quickly snapped up all of the available masks within just a few hours, a company representative tells Good Housekeeping. Now, the retailer says it's restocked and has relaunched face mask offerings on its site as of this morning. You can now buy five different Lilly Pulitzer face masks to wear during the summer and beyond, as current federal recommendations illustrate face masks can keep communities safe by stemming the spread of COVID-19 in the months to come.

The masks are sewn together with printed cloth and elastic ear straps to keep the cloth up against your nose and mouth — they're much more durable than single-use medical masks, as they're also machine washable. The Lilly prints used here range from the "Hangin' Around" foliage-inspired motif as well as two different paisley varieties that fans have grown to love. There are five options in all, made in one size designed to fit most.

There's a small catch, though: Due to demand, Lilly Pulitzer won't be able to guarantee which print you receive. While you won't be able to choose your mask's color or print upfront, you should feel good about buying multiples for family, friends, and yourself, as the retailer has previously donated upwards of 67,000 face masks to healthcare workers and first responders in 100 different locations across the nation.

Unlike previous months, company representatives tell us that their new batch of face masks are not on pre-order; the masks will ship as soon as their fulfillment centers can process orders in a timely fashion.
