Her followers were here for the springtime vibes, with one fan commenting, "YOU LOOK STUNNING." Another added, "Hot girl summer has arrived 🙌." Even fellow actress Kiernan Shipka chimed, "So hot."

Lili’s always been candid about her fitness journey. In 2018 she told Us Weekly that she didn’t enjoy going to the gym until she got inspired by Gal Gadot in Wonder Woman.

“I was like, I want to be you. I want to be strong so, you know, I didn't feel like, 'Oh I needed to be skinny or thin.' It totally wasn't like that,” she explained.

She told Us that she hired a trainer and described it as “kind of life-changing.” “I just know what I’m doing now when I’m at the gym, because I used to totally not,” said Lili.

ICYDK, she’s also become a big fan of pole dancing, since she originally had to learn it for her role in Hustlers. Pole dancing will give you a full-body workout, but it’s especially great for your core. It’s even been highly recommended for people with arthritis, per Healthline.

As for her diet, Lili revealed to Us that she doesn’t set many restrictions on herself, but she still focuses on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. "I have to keep my heart healthy, so that’s the goal.”

In the past, Lili has opened up about her struggle with body dysphoria but notes that being kind to your body by making healthy choices is what matters most.

“If you’re doing things that make you happy and you think you are treating your body well by nourishing it with good food and exercise then you should just accept yourself," she told Us.

Preach, Lili!
