Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse's Alleged Breakup Was Apparently "Very Messy"
Apparently, we should have seen this alleged breakup coming. I mean, celebrity astrologer David Palmer DID predict it months ago, but on top of that, even Lili and Cole's friends apparently knew the relationship wasn't meant to be.
"Their friends didn’t really expect them to last in the long-run," a source told People. Apparently, "they personalities are very different and their lifestyles often clashed."
According to People's source, "things have felt super heavy in the relationship for a while, and it got to be too much," which is why they allegedly decided to call things off earlier this summer. E! News is saying the reported breakup was "very messy," but, considering that they play a couple on television, things needed to be handled carefully. "They’re both very professional though and trying to be as amicable and friendly as possible," says the source.
Now, a few weeks following the reported initial split, they're "on better terms," says E!. A source even told the site that the relationship might not be done for good. "It seems they could be heading back in the direction of getting together," they said. Either way, Riverdale season four will definitely be a testament to the actors' skills as they try to convince us that Bughead is a happy couple despite Sprousehart's alleged uncoupling.
