Liam Hemsworth Breaks His Social Media Silence and Addresses Miley Cyrus Split
Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus officially broke-up over the weekend.
The couple had been together for a number of years and got married in December 2018.
Liam said that this is the first time he's opening up about the break-up, despite reports saying he talked with paparazzi earlier this week.
Liam Hemsworth has officially opened up for the first time about his break-up with Miley Cyrus.
A few days after the news of their break-up broke the internet, Liam posted a photo of a sunset with a caption confirming that this is the first time he's openly talking about it.
"Hi all. Just a quick note to say that Miley and I have recently separated and I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward. This is a private matter and I have not made, nor will I be making, any comments to any journalists or media outlets. Any reported quotes attributed to me are false. Peace and Love."

Previously, the Daily Mail reported that Liam Hemsworth opened up about his relationship saying, "You don't understand what it's like. I don't want to talk about it mate," while out with his family in Australia.
Meanwhile, Miley posted several cryptic Instagram posts that talked about "evolution" and "change," likely referring to their breakup.
"Don’t fight evolution, because you will never win. Like the mountain I am standing on top of , which was once under water , connected with Africa , change is inevitable," she wrote.

Even though she is currently out of the country, she posted a photo of herself in a recording studio, likely pointing out that she will be singing about her breakup and fans will get to hear her side of it all soon.
