Lewisburg Neighborhoods celebrating 15 years

May 8—LEWISBURG — Lewisburg Neighborhoods is celebrating 15 years by holding a community event on May 22.

The picnic with tacos and cake will be held in Soldiers Park, along Water Street in Lewisburg, from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 22.

Lewisburg Neighborhoods exists to promote cooperative efforts between neighborhood residents, the Bucknell University community, and Lewisburg Borough. It seeks to improve civic engagement, preserve natural settings and streetscapes, strengthen ties among neighbors, and improve the quality of life for residents and visitors.
