The bakery's Fall Chocolate Chunk Cookie is a unique combination of ginger, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, and molasses with rich Valrhona chocolate chunks. If you haven't heard of it before, Valrhona is a one-hundred-year-old, artisanal chocolate brand made by pastry chefs in Tain L'Hermitage, France.
