Let’s See How Well HBO Max’s ’Gossip Girl’ Cast Knows the OG Series

🚨🚨🚨 ATTN: ANYBODY WITH TASTE AND AN HBO MAX ACCOUNT 🚨🚨🚨 Gossip Girl is coming back this July better and messier than ever. Do you know who they revealed this lovely news to? Um, to us in our May/June cover story! The cast of the HBO Max reboot graced our cover looking fresh to death and ready for television stardom.

To prepare the 2.0 cast for all things Upper East Side–related, we served them with a little Gossip Girl trivia game that required some deep knowledge. On the set of the cover shoot the stars: Jordan Alexander, Evan Mock, Savannah Smith, Emily Alyn Lind, Whitney Peak, Eli Brown, Thomas Doherty, Zión Moreno, and Tavi Gevinson split up into three teams and went head-to-head.
