Graeter's Ice Cream just released a new bonus flavor less than one month after releasing its first limited-edition treat.

On Friday, the local ice cream chain released Hawaiian Wedding Cake, the company's second bonus flavor of the year. According to a press release, Hawaiian Wedding Cake "captures the essence of a tropical paradise" by blending coconut flakes with pieces of tangy pineapple and cake.

Graeters' bonus flavors are considered limited-time offerings, and once a flavor is gone, it is retired for the year. Hawaiian Wedding Cake can be purchased at Graeter's shops, online, or through the Graeter's app.

Earlier this month, Graeter's released its first bonus flavor, Peanut Butter Brittle, which features a butterscotch base and praline peanuts, creating a "perfect balance of smoothness and crunch."

Last year, Graeter's released four bonus flavors:

  • Dough'licious, a caramel brownie batter ice cream loaded with peanut butter dough, cookie dough and brownie pieces.

  • Hot Honey Crunch, made with crunchy honeycomb and sweet icing pieces combined with a bit of heat.

  • Lemon Meringue Pie, made with tart lemon candies, crunchy pie crust pieces and lemon marshmallow ice cream.

  •  Buttery Popcorn, a sweet, salty and buttery ice cream with crunchy popcorn clusters.
