Leonardo Fioravanti, Novak Djokovic Win Ryder Cup Golf Tournament (Photos)

It’s been a pretty good year for Italian pro surfer, Leonardo Fioravanti.

He finished ninth place on the World Surf League’s Championship Tour; he provisionally qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics, where he’ll represent his home country at Teahupo’o, Tahiti; and now, he’s got another 'W' to add to his list.

Leo, along with a team of athletes and actors, including tennis GOAT Novak Djokovic, just won the Ryder Cup All-Star match, a Euro vs. USA golf tourney, at home in Italy.

Check out the photo highlights above in Leo’s victory post on IG.

Elsewhere, reports of the win poured in; like from The Guardian, who gushingly called Leo, “the most dazzlingly handsome man in the vicinity until Carlos Sainz, the Formula One driver, arrived on the tee right after him.”

The official report from Ryder Cup was a bit less thirsty:

“Match Two, featuring the all-American pairing of actress Kathryn Newton and former NFL player Victor Cruz, ended in a 2-2 tie against the pairing of Italian professional surfer Leonardo Fioravanti and Garrett Hilbert from Dude Perfect.”

And it turns out, that was enough for Leo and his team to take the win.

As for surfing, Leo’s been looking spicy – like during a recent session at Switzerland’s one-and-only Wavegarden-powered wavepool, Alaia Bay.

2023’s been good to Leo; let’s see what happens next year.
