Lenny Kravitz Showed Off His Ripped Six-Pack Abs While Feeding His Dogs
Lenny Kravitz has been a rock star and sex symbol for coming up on 30 years now. And he shows no sign of stopping. At 56 years old, the singer, actor, and fashion icon is living his best life — not to mention sharing snapshots of it on social media.
In a recent Instagram post, Kravitz can be seen posing nonchalantly as he prepares to feed his two dogs, Leroy and JoJo Dancer. Wearing nothing but a pair of jeans, the musician's defined pecs and sculpted-by-Zeus-himself abs are on full display... and the the thirst in the comments is real.
"Bless us honey!" Wrote Queer Eye star Jonathan Van Ness, while singer-songwriter Jesse Jo Stark said "DAS RIGHT." Photographer Mathieu Bitton, meanwhile, focused on the dogs, saying: "Good boys." Or maybe he was talking to each of Kravitz's individually carved abs, who knows.
One person who wasn't impressed by the thirst trap was Zoë Kravitz, Lenny's daughter, who saw straight through the posed "casual" nature of the photo and couldn't help giving her dad a light roasting. "Just, ya know. Feeding the dogs," she wrote. Even in digital text, the irony can be fully felt here. Her dad simply responded: "Girl!"

Kravitz is clearly a man who still takes working out very seriously — and he also makes sure he eats well. In addition to only drinking a minimal amount of alcohol (apparently he got drunk as a kid and hates the feeling now, but does enjoy the taste of champagne), he tends to eat clean, whole foods. He even grows a lot of his own fresh fruits and vegetables on the farm in Brazil where he currently lives.
